My delicious Low Calorie Peach Shake Recipe





 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
6 oz. non fat Peach Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon honey
 
Add all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours.

In my experience, it has been very beneficial to keep a food dairy.  I have my food dairy posted on the refrigerator.  This makes it convenient to write down what I eat.  When I am away from home, there is an app called MyNetDiary that I use.

Sauerkraut and Turkey  Diet Recipe

Very low in calories sauerkraut has zero calories.















1 - 14 oz. package Turkey Kielbasa
1 - 15 oz. can Sauerkraut
1 cup of water
2 packs of Goya Sazon Seasoning

Rinse sauerkraut with water & drain
Add sauerkraut 
Cut up Turkey Kielbasa
Water
Seasoning

Cook on medium heat for 1-1/2 hours.

Dieters Green Tea Lemonade
24 oz.  Hot water
2         Green Tea Teabags
2 tsps  Honey
1         Lemon
3 oz.   Lemon Juice
-Brew the tea bags with the hot water for 3 minutes
-Squeeze and remove the teabags
-Add the honey and stir until dissolved
-Add lemon & lemon juice
